Telegram user language support

ChatBridge for JSM can send informational messages to users during interaction with the Telegram bot. These messages help guide the user and provide feedback about the status or limitations of their request.

Types of Informational Messages

The plugin may send system messages in the following scenarios:

Issue Creation Notification

A confirmation message when a new Jira issue is successfully created (can be enabled/disabled via plugin settings).

File Size Limit Exceeded

If a user sends a file larger than Telegram's limit (20 MB), the plugin notifies them that the file cannot be processed.

Language Localization

All informational messages are automatically translated and delivered in the language configured in the user's Telegram settings.

This ensures a smoother user experience and clearer communication across different regions.

If a user's Telegram language is not supported, messages will default to English.
